Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it arrives safely, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
